Who runs this site
This site is run by Iulia Ardeleanu, sole operator of SunMax Project Services, a freelance entity registered in the UAE and based in Dubai, UAE.

What this site collects
Almost nothing. sunmaxproject.com is a static site. It has no contact form, no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own.
Booking happens on Cal.com, a third-party service. When you book a call you are on Cal.com, and their own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
If you email me, I hold that email thread so I can reply and keep track of our conversation. Nothing more.
Tools used to deliver client work
These tools are part of the automations I build for clients. They are not used to track visitors to this site.
When I build an automation, data passes only through the tools that automation actually needs to run. I connect what the job requires and nothing else. The tools I work with include:

Email Outreach & Opt-Out Policy
SunMax Project Services conducts targeted B2B email outreach to researched business contacts, sourced via Apollo and filtered to relevant roles and business types rather than sent to broad or randomized lists, to offer AI automation and visibility services. We do not send mass unsolicited consumer spam.
Every outreach email includes a clear opt-out instruction in the signature. Recipients may reply "STOP" to any message, and the request is actioned immediately: the contact is added to our suppression list and excluded from all further outreach.
Our outreach practices are designed to align with CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR requirements for commercial email, including honoring opt-out requests without delay and not using deceptive subject lines or sender information.

Client data
For paid engagements, how your data is handled is agreed per project before any build starts. I connect only the tools the automation needs. I do not sell client data, and I do not share it beyond the tools required to run the service.
